Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Book Bond, we take the utmost care in packaging and dispatching your books. Every item undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping. However, in the unlikely event that your order reaches you in a damaged or defective condition, we are here to assist you promptly.
Book Bond will not be liable for any loss or damage to the package if the address or contact details provided at the time of checkout are incorrect.
Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are applicable only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
- The issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package.

Proof Required
- Please record an unboxing video while opening your parcel. This helps us verify the issue and process your request smoothly.
- Photos or videos showing the damage must be shared along with your return or exchange request.
Returns & Exchanges
- Once reviewed and approved, an exchange will be arranged for the same product or a similar title of equal value.
- Products must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging intact.
- In case the Pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, the product(s) needs to be sent to our office address via courier. Reimbursement of shipping charges will be reviewed and approved based on the individual case.
Refunds / Credit Notes
- We generally provide the option of selecting an alternative product of the same value, if preferred.
- If the same product is unavailable for exchange (e.g., sold out) and you are not convinced with an alternate option, we will issue a Credit Note (CN) for the corresponding amount.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only in exceptional cases after review.
- Refunds or Credit Notes will be issued within 3–5 working days of verification.
- Please note: Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
